Kenny Loggins has decided to cancel his upcoming shows, including his appearance at AXIS Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival, due to health reasons which do not enable him to travel. Those who have bought their tickets to the Special Show scheduled for March 6th will receive full reimbursement.

The 2011 Southeast Asian Olympics Home
Mastery of the English active and passive which is the international language is an important role along with the development of information technology. Seeing this, Bina Nusantara Home Club (BNEC) held the activities of The 2011 Southeast Asian Home Olympics (SEO). The 7th time activity was held at Orchid Binus University Campus from the date of February 15 to 18 and the top event in america @ Pacific Place on February 19, 2011.
This activity contend six branches of competition, such as the Debate, Speech, Scrabble, Story Telling, Casting News, and Short Movie Making. With the theme "Ambassadors of Nations" followed by 400 participants from four Southeast Asian countries, namely Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines. During 5 days the participants underwent the stages in the competition, apart from getting a chance tour of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in order to see more of cultural wealth in the country.
Symbolic handover certificates to Guinness World Records ™ Binus University submitted by representatives BNEC, Enricko Lukman (convener Guinness World Record Breaking) and Bryan Gunawan (initiator). Performed also penyerahakan certificate from Guinness World Records ™ for the world record-breaking participants The Most People Doing Crosswords simultaneously that have been held last year in 6th of the Nationwide Home Olympics.

Previous BNEC has successfully organized several major events, including the Jakarta High School Debating Championship (JHSDC), BNEC Home Olympics (parrots), BNEC International Home Tournament (Bnet), Nationwide Home Olympics (NEO), and Intervarsities Home Debate (IVED).

Rise 'N' Shine Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup club soda
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the club soda, sour cream and sugar. Add biscuit mix, stirring just until moistened. Drop dough by 1/3 cupfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Green Chile Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- garlic salt to taste
- 18 (6 inch) corn tortillas, torn in half
- 1 (28 ounce) can green chile enchilada sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container reduced fat sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- Season chicken with garlic salt. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Cool, shred, and set aside.
- With metal tongs, char each tortilla half over the open flame of a gas stove burner for about 1 minute, until lightly puffed.
- Pour about 1/2 inch enchilada sauce in the bottom of a medium baking dish, and arrange 6 tortillas in a single layer. Top with 1/2 the chicken, 1/3 cheese, 1/2 the sour cream, and 1/3 of the remaining enchilada sauce. Repeat. Coat remaining tortillas thoroughly with remaining enchilada sauce, and arrange on top of the layers. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and top with any remaining enchilada sauce
- Cover, and bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool slightly before serving.
